Colette Dale - Director

Colette Dale, the Director of CND Flooring, started off in the flooring industry over 4 years ago after being grounded with Nouwens Carpets. She was then approached by one of Top Carpets branches, where she learnt more on the flooring Industry. After realising the many facets & products of the flooring industry, she found a new passion, Flooring!!!

Diving straight into the deep end, Colette gained a wealth of product knowledge & installations of all products. Besides experiencing and gaining knowledge, she also went to as many courses supplied by the manufacturers and standing on exhibit stands sharing her knowledge.

With all this experience, Colette decided to take a leap of faith and start her own business.  What she learnt from being a sales executive is to go that extra mile for clients and in being honest. This has held her in good stead.
